Great charts and post. Even the giant Countrywide may be in real trouble.

I came across an article at http://www.brokerforyou.com/brokerforyou/ written by a San Diego real estate broker that claims that subprime loans are NOT the main cause of the housing value decline.

It’s really a great little article, you should check it out!

He’s also has an interesting chart on median condo value declines just in the last year in San Diego at http://www.brokerforyou.com/brokerforyou/index.php?paged=2

Please keep these charts updated! they are very valuble information to have up to date, CA has added 107 homes to the list since this was updated just 4 days ago. thanks again for putting this up

Fantastic job sir.

Please keep it up - it will be MOST interesting to see what happens to these homes over the next months, as Countrywide starts to lose their shirts.

I recommend east site because I consider it very interesting, offers specifications on real estate properties. He is

very simple to know builds the culture of Costa Rica and mainly to know the height important that it has had east

country with respect to the investments in real estate related to the tourism. Definitively he will be very useful

for you.
