Don't deposit at Countrywide banks and financial centers. Learn more about the national mortgage crisis and Countrywide's role in it. Visit www.dontdepositatcountrywide.info

Wow, Arizona's numbers jumped. They were are 553 the last time you posted.

Not a single home in FC in Tempe, which is amazing. You would think there would be at least one condo or apartment conversion.

The Countrywide REO department is utterly innept, seeming determined not to sell the houses it owns. I'm an agent representing a buying client. They've made the best offer CW has received on a particular house, and not by a little. By nearly $100,000. It's by most measures a fair to good offer. Granted, the Christmas holiday has been upon us, but it's been nearly two weeks and we've not received so much as a response. The listing agent seems as befuddled by their non-response as I am. Perhaps they wish to continue to own their REO's? Any thoughts?

Given all the above, can anybody tell me how to apply to get on the list to pick up CW REO properties?

Sorry for the vagueness. I'm a real estate agent, would like to do some BPOs and pick up listings.
