Talking heads are still saying how bad things are and how much worse they are going to get. This site's data along with anecdotal evidence from the foreclosure radar site seems to suggest the housing market is not getting worse. Maybe the pressure from the government and negative publicity are resulting a lot more loan modifications?

Yeah, and maybe the near "0" supply/demand/pricing correlation between CA average asking price and inventory shows nothing either. Looking at a relentlessly straight downward slope in average asking price sure gives me that "buy now" urge. @CFC: hint hint...

I say....nothing. Can't speak....laughing too hard....whooo...trying to breath....oh, there, a bit better.

You can show and idiot imperical data, but that doesn't change the fact he is an idiot!

It is coming off of its peak...good sign. But really need to watch it for couple more months before calling a bottom.
